Determining Your Focus

While every TMP session differs depending on the people involved, we most often hear the purpose of ‘General Team Development,’ whether this is for a team that’s newly forming or one that is looking for ways to generally improve their performance. If this is your intention, you will find a good overview under Session Materials (scroll down a bit further in this section), Design Notes for a Typical Session. We have also developed overviews for a couple of more focused approaches. This is not an exhaustive list – you may have a unique situation and are wondering how the TMP session can be adapted to meet that need. Please be sure to connect with us if that is the case.

Deciding Which Apps To Include

Most Network Members are calling us to discuss the various apps and we are happy to have these conversations. You may find it most useful to access and play with each app yourself. You will have them activated on your own TMP Landing Page. Let us know if you need us to resend your page link.

Setting Up Your Participants to Complete the E-TMPQ

It is critical to make sure we have the information we need to set your participants up to complete their online e-TMPQ. The first step is to fill in the Set Up Sheet as completely as possible. It provides us with the information needed. The second step is to send every participant a version of the Participant Letter template. Be sure to include the specifics of your session and to copy Profile Services (profileservices@tms-americas.com) on this email. It is our signal to go ahead and send out the links. Please note that you can include instructions for pre-work in this set up document as well as your own logo and links to your web page. Contact us for more information on this.

Reviewing Your Group Results

Again, we are more than pleased to work with you on reviewing your group results. As a facilitator it’s good to have a heads up and therefore, anticipate possible questions you may get from participants. Low net scores, 0 scores, %’s on the percentage distribution page – all may trigger questions from your participants. These files provide some templates to facilitate this preparation.
